How do you ensure the chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners with gel ice packs for all orders during warmer months to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are Velour chocolates suitable for vegans?
Most of our dark chocolate collections are naturally vegan-friendly as they contain high cacao percentages and no dairy; however, please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen details.
Where do you source your cacao beans?
We ethically source our single-origin cacao beans from sustainable farms in Ecuador, Madagascar, and Peru, ensuring fair trade practices and premium quality.
What is the shelf life of your luxury truffles?
Our artisanal truffles are made with fresh ingredients and are best enjoyed within 4 weeks of delivery. Solid dark chocolate bars have a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring Velour Luxury Dark Chocolates to more countries soon.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Yes, you can add a custom message during the checkout process. We will print your note on a premium gold-embossed card and include it with your chocolate box.
